Annmarie Boulay co-founded The Underground NE, a ministry she has great passion for, which brings together churches in Connecticut to fight against the injustices of human trafficking in the region.  Annmarie is also on staff as the Director of Connecting and Women's Ministries at Wintonbury Church in Bloomfield, Connecticut A graduate of St. John's Business School, she worked in the marketplace for over 20 years and founded Pinnacle Consulting which specializes in patient advocacy and 3rd party insurance.  

In 2000, while juggling a successful business and family life, she began to serve in women's ministry at her local church. Five years later, she responded to God’s call and joined the staff at Wintonbury Church where she is a recognized leader in many ministries.

In 2012, God gave her a second call to bring a unified church ministry to CT to assist in aiding victims and survivors of Human Trafficking.  The Underground focuses on awareness, prevention, and direct support to minors and adults through the help of many churches.    

Annmarie Boulay is a lifelong native of Massachusetts and resides in Longmeadow with her husband of 27 years, Brian. She loves spending time with her family, and enjoys a full life that includes traveling, motivational speaking, and mentoring leaders.

Brian Boulay co-founded The Underground New England, which brings communities together to fight against the injustices of human trafficking in the region.  Brian is also a Senior IT Engineer for The Hartford with over 16 years of service. Brian earned a B,S,in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

In 2004, Brian first learned of the issue of child trafficking while at Soulfest (a Christian music festival in Gilford, NH) In 2012, his wife Annmarie learned of trafficking right here in Connecticut and the two of them started to work together to spread awareness of the issue and mobilize the church to serve victims and survivors.     

Brian resides in Longmeadow, MA with his wife of 27 years, Annmarie. They have an adult daughter, Teresa and beloved son-in-law Matthew who reside nearby. Brian and Annmarie are active members of Wintonbury Church in Bloomfield, CT where Brian serves on the Worship Team as an electric guitarist. He enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys music, fine wine and hiking. 

John Dischinger (Board Chair) has a passion for serving Jesus and coming alongside of people who are dealing with the hardships and struggles in life that we all face. Throughout his life, he has had the opportunity to serve in a number of missions and care ministries that have focused on families and young adults at risk or in crisis. John became the Pastor of Care at Walnut Hill Community Church in 2012. He transitioned to being the Pastor of Global and Local Outreach for Walnut Hill in 2015. He currently oversees the Marriage Ministry at Walnut Hill. Prior to becoming a Pastor in 2012, John spent over 27 years of his career in a number of different management roles focused on Supply Chain Management. During this time, he worked for companies such as IBM, Compaq Computer, and Digital Equipment Corporation. John has a Master’s Degree in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Boston University. John and his wife Karen just celebrated 37 years of marriage and they have been blessed with two children and four grandchildren.

Yvette Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity College and her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College. Yvette has twenty -one years of experience working for non-profit organizations as a leader, director, trainer, advocate, and clinician. She is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Programs and Advocacy at the Village for Families & Children. Yvette worked as the Human Anti-trafficking Response Team Coordinator for five years and is currently one of the co-Chairs for HART. She provides leadership oversight for the Governor's Task Force on Justice for Abused Children, the Juvenile Review Board and Residential programs at the Village. She is an appointed member of CT Advisory Council for Victims of Crime and the Trafficking in Person Council. She is a board member for the YWCA of the Hartford Region, the Underground and a member of DCF's Statewide Racial Justice Committee. She is a consultant for the National Human Trafficking Technical Assistant Center. Yvette has expertise related to racial justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Yvette is a TEDX speaker on the topic of human trafficking. She is a published Forbes author on the topics of Human Trafficking and Anxiety.

Lynn Campbell served as a Parish Social Ministry Coordinator for five years, after which she became the Executive Director of the Office for Catholic Social Ministry of the Archdiocese of Hartford in 2011. She has educated and mobilized parish communities to respond to the biblical call for social justice on a local and global level. Lynn is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. After spending over 20 years as a parish volunteer, she went back to school and obtained a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management with a certificate in Pastoral Administration in 2006 from Regis University. She and her husband Tom have three adult sons.

Brian Fish “An active member of the local church in Connecticut, Brian has a passion for seeing the Church carry out Jesus’ most important commands, Love God and Love others, by tangibly using its time, talents, and resources to lift up the victimized and marginalized. Having grown up just off of the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT, Brian knows all too well how easy it is to remain ignorant of human trafficking in the region. Brian is a Finance Manager for a Connecticut-based insurance carrier, and over 10 plus years, has established his career by translating financial results into actionable insight for senior leaders. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Southeastern University. He and his wife spend most of their time cherishing their infant daughter, and cheering on their favorite soccer teams, both local and abroad.”

Andre Riendeau has been the Lead Pastor of Wintonbury Church in Bloomfield, CT since 2012, serving as Associate Pastor for 14 years previous to that. He also founded The Hartford Project in 2004, a non-profit organization that unites youth from across Greater Hartford to share the love and joy of Jesus each summer, and is currently serving as the board president. He has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a master's of divinity degree from Bethel Seminary, St .Paul, MN. Prior to pastoring, Andre worked at The Travelers Insurance Company as a project manager. He is a long-time champion for church unity and has had many roles in regional networking such as founding the Greater Hartford Youth Workers Network, being the Youth Chair of the Luis Palau Festival, organizing pastor gatherings, etc... Andre has been married to Diane since 1987 and has two grown sons, Jonathan and Nathan.

Jermika Cost is a living testimony of God’s restoration power. She believes in the resurrection power of God and His total healing. She is a philanthropist by nature and desires to see the missions at the heart of God collide with the marketplace. Jermika is a loving wife and is the proud mother of two daughters. Jermika is a business professional and has over 15 years of affordable housing management & executive level experience. Jermika is also a social entrepreneur as the proud owner of Hadassah’s Closet (Where 40% of net proceeds go toward ending sex trafficking and providing assistance to survivors). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies, Master's in Business Administration, and received an Associate degree in Biblical Studies in March 2020. She will further her studies in Christian Counseling in 2023.

Christopher Bidorini is a social worker for the Department of Children & Families and works in the New Britain Area Office. Chris has been working for DCF for 12 years and has been involved with their Human Anti-Trafficking Response Team (aka HART) as a trainer for over 9 years. In 2018, Chris received his Master’s Degree from UCONN’s School of Social Worker and was also the HART Leadership Award recipient. In recent years, Chris has presented at the US Attorney's Office, as well as dozens of schools, universities, state conferences and community organizations.

Stephanie Wainwright was one of the original co-founders of UGNE. Her passion for ending human trafficking began during an undergraduate internship with a children's rights NGO in Peru, where she interviewed young survivors of sex trafficking and collaborated with local schools to increase awareness of sexual exploitation. Stephanie has provided broad support to UGNE, ranging from administrative responsibilities to working directly with survivors of trafficking. Stephanie works full-time as an attorney, loves living the mom life, and enjoys planks, podcasts and peaceful cups of coffee.
